OLRP Leaders Gather for the Midyear Review and Planning Conference
During the weekend, the core groups of the Ministries, Areas, and Organizations (MAOs) of Our Lady of Remedies Parish gathered at the Remedios Jubilee Mission Center for a comprehensive two-day Midyear Review and Planning Conference. Led by Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) Coordinator Ruby Denofra, the conference centered on assessment, collaborative learning, and strategic planning.
The conference opened with an engaging assessment session, where participants reflected on the parish’s initiatives during the first half of the year. Through collaborative discussions, they identified the parish’s three key breakthroughs and three major bottlenecks, providing a clearer picture of its strengths and areas for improvement.
The second part of the conference featured a Brown Bag Seminar on Servant Leadership and the Tools of Pastoral Ministry, facilitated by Fr. Dodong Matulac and the EdCom Team. The seminar equipped parish leaders with practical frameworks and tools to strengthen their ministries and deepen their pastoral service.
In the concluding session, participants applied these insights in crafting strategic pastoral plans for the second half of the year, reaffirming their shared commitment to serving the parish with renewed vision, collaboration, and dedication.
